Chilean artist, Otto Schade brought his vibrant artwork to the UK in 2005.
Combining his love for architecture and art, he immersed himself in the local street art scene in Shoreditch, London, where he quickly became well known for his trademark ribbon style murals.
Now on the global stage his work can be found in many cities including Berlin, Amsterdam, Moscow, Paris, Barcelona, Porto, Luxembourg, Stockholm, Gothenburg, Brussels, and London – and can be viewed in various galleries and exhibition centres across Europe.
We’ve worked with Otto for quite a few years now and we love his recent reinterpretation of pop culture’s most beloved icon Snoopy.
Otto’s signature ribbons are 3D‑printed in resin, hand‑assembled, and mounted on a painted wooden base, resulting in ‘Snoopy on the Roof’ a collectible artwork framed to perfection.
For the backboard and roof, we supplied laser birch ply, the cut to the Client’s artwork. We masked the ply on both sides, constantly checking cutting settings, as it can burn through the tabs or narrow points.
